Now that the floodgates may open, McConnell will finally realize that his dreams of total repeal of Obamacare are over, and he might think about something he's never allowed in 8 years, namely working with Democrats to solve the complexity of a solution to the flaws in the existing law.

The best performance of this work by Schumann I believe to be by Murray Perahia on Sony.
Another fine Kreisleriana is By Radu Lupu on London.
This is a really difficult work to master.
