Genuine progress within the political system takes time. I think he's doing very well.

I agree with you completely, except that incarceration just doesn't make sense to me. The purpose of prison is to punish, to rehabilitate, and to serve as a deterrant to others. I'm not sure that it serves any of those purposes in the case of some white collar crimes. I wouldn't suggest replacing it...

I simply don't think he sat around wondering where his returns were. Tax evasion is not the same as fraud or larceny and it would seem to me that more appropriate penalties could be found.

Privately owned websites can legally moderate as they see fit. Whether they should or not, and under what circumstances, is more a policy decision driven by the market (in the case of big sites such as facebook or myspace.)

The important issue is that it cannot be illegal to publish anonymously.
