Australia, a vast country that contains only about 3/5 of the population of the state of California, can hardly hold itself up as a model of immigration management. Admittedly, however, Australia does rival the U.S. in the incidence of virulent bigotry, sporting a long, shameful history of racism. h...

Belle, what you don't know is that we easily absorbed 1,000,000 (yes that 1 million) immigrants each year LEGALLY before Trump and his grossly mis-managed pandemic forced us to cut back. our low death rate/severe infection rate is an indication that Covid is not a threat for the vast majority of the population. The research I've done suggests that the vaccines could minimise any infection to the point where you wouldn't feel ill at all so it's more than a palliative. In many cases Covid just won't get a chance to take hold but this won't apply to everyone. It's the same for the flu jab where there is alwa...

The simple fact of the matter is that none of the current vaccines will prevent you from getting Covid19. Instead, what they are designed to do is to significantly minimise the effects of coronavirus if and when you do get it. No vaccine is 100% effective? That’s like pointing out that a pitcher wh...
