Your comment about Jesus being a liar as one view held by most if not all Jews is pure bigotry. Most Jews whom I know respect Christianity and the belief in Christ that binds Christians. They do not denigrate Christ just as no Christians I know denigrate your God.

What's new? For most of post Civil War history a black defendant could not get a fair trial by impartial jurors if the victim was white. Prejudice and preconceptions run deep and a case involving race or ethnicity compounds the jury selection process.

Most laptops have a DVD/CD drive. DVDs and CDs will play very well but the sound quality is usually very poor. I often play DVDs on a laptop when traveling but not music CDs. Mahler on a laptop is... :(

Of course the judge should have recused herself. I couldn't care less about the mutual acts of adultery. The relationship between the judge and the prosecutor creates the likelihood if not the certainty of unfairness to the defense in terms of rulings on motions.
