I doubt that most employers have a 100% no personal use policy anymore than they do with personal emails on workplace computers. Just for everybody's info, the federal government does have such a rule. It is not possible to enforce it 100%, but employees who violate it do so at their own risk. ****...

The Vatican is a state and the pope is its ruler just as the Grand Croupier is the ruler of Monaco. Immunity attaches to both rulers and in any event the crimes of individual priests domnot fall under the concept of universal jurisdiction.
