Congratulations on pulling this meeting off. I appreciated seeing the pictures. Except for Ralph and Don Isler whose pictures I'd seen earlier, nobody looked as I imagined them. The biggest surprise was Lance. With his historic knowledge of the recording industry I visualized a much older man.

I just listened to a live recording of Rachmaninoff's 3rd piano concerto by Leif Ove Andsnes with Paavo Berglund conducting the Oslo Philharmonic. The long applause at the end started very ordinary then turned rhythmic. The location of the concert was not provided.
