Whoops, Richard, my mistake. The name of the ensemble is Trio Mediaeval, not Trio Medieval. I love all their albums, but my favorite is Words of the Angel. Also, not all the music on all their albums is medieval, strictly speaking. But it's all beautiful.

I love Kalamata olives, especially on pizza or as part of a Greek salad, as Reblem mentioned. I think Kalamatas are my favorite, but I like some varieties of green olives too--particularly if they are stuffed with either garlic cloves or almonds.
