First I thought the singing and orchestra were wonderful at tonight's performance. Act 1 went pretty well-admittedly I would have liked a little more than all those white shirts and small chairs but the lighting and background were nice enough. Act 2 had way too much sloshing around in a blood lake ...

Really superb singing from the singers HD at the zigfeld but the las Vegas production was absurd and gelb should resign! Len :x :x :x I never cared that much for Don Rickles either. :) BTW I heard gelb's next venture to Vegas may be an Aida at the Luxor hotel-they have an exact replica of king tut'...

And the filibuster is a needed safeguard against what's called the tyranny of the majority... His purpose was to make the Republicans look bad ...As long as they keep their word, I'm not much bothered. If they don't and try to block the President's nominee and tie up the Senate with a real filibust...
