Post by bla » Thu Aug 18, 2005 7:34 am

Hi all,

So... here's my problem : I heard a quite known melody last day and I must tell you that I'm not truly addicted to classical music... So what ? I've made an approximative transcription of this melody wich's downloadable here : melody
and I'd like to know if someone could tell me what it is... could you please ?

Thanks in advance

ps : sorry for my bad english...

Your English is fine, but your link is wanting.

There's nothing remarkable about it. All one has to do is hit the right keys at the right time and the instrument plays itself.

It's Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata.
"If this is coffee, please bring me some tea; but if this is tea, please bring me some coffee." - Abraham Lincoln

"Although prepared for martyrdom, I preferred that it be postponed." - Winston Churchill

"Before I refuse to take your questions, I have an opening statement." - Ronald Reagan

2bla...
Well, Moonlight sonata 1st movement is arguably the most abused and 'pop' composition in the whole classical area - the only real contenders being Chopin's MArche Funebre and Mendellsohn's Wedding March, so you could probably find the answer pretty much anywhere.

But i still had to add my 2 cents =)
