Carlos Kleiber in action; rare recordings

I've just found this on U-Tube; apparently Kleiber's son Marko recorded the performance onto cassette from radio and it was remastered later for release with Orfeo label. Bavarian State Orchestra is with Kleiber here. Have any of you heard this performance and what do you think?
