I guess even you have seen enough of Lucia. (The Poulenc might be interesting. Certainly a rarity.)

Yeah not only that-the Met has a very good production of it which they do often. I thought the Handel Glass thing at the Barnes might work-it just so happens we're going to be close to Philly around that time. Regards, Len

"Ne Quittez Pas: A Reimagined La voix humaine." What would that be, other than a new production of "La voix humaine"? The web site blurb speaks of a "site-specific production," without saying what the site will be or why it matters. Is there more information in the booklet? And what, I wonder, would an "operatic art installation" be?

Are "Ne Quittez Pas" and "Glass Handel" a double bill, as each is about an hour long? Three performances of the Poulenc are on the same dates as "Glass Handel," but two aren't. If each is a separate ticket, then Opera Philadelphia is trying to sell two one-hour shows with one singer as if it were a full-length operatic production. Lots of luck with that.

John the booklet doesn't seem to add any added info--also it looks like they are 2 separate ticket purchases in different venues-Voix at the theater of living arts and Glass Handel at the Barnes foundation. We've been to the Barnes museum for the great impressionistic collection over there but as a space for this performance wouldn't know--I thought the art installation might be interesting but Sue seems skeptical.
