medici web site

Post by arepo » Wed Sep 12, 2018 9:22 am

I'm a fully paid up subscriber to Medici and haven't been able to see anything for almost three months.
I've registered endless complaints and they haven't responded other than to say I'll hear from them in a few days.
Has anyone had a problem with them? I'm perplexed and very angry.
Any suggestions ?

What happens when you try to connect to a stream?

John..
I'm not sure what you mean. Remember, I'm the Ancient Mariner of this forum and technically inept.
All I know is that I watched for years before the broadcasts just stopped.
Thanks for your help.

Can you describe exactly what happens when you try to connect? Does a message pop up, or does the computer screen go blank, or what? Nothing technical about it, just a description of what you see and hear.

Harris, somehow I got on their e-mail list and receive messages all the time. I avoid them because they seem to rely on spontaneous streaming rather than what can be held for retrospective listening. Now you seem to be having a problem even with the spontaneous streaming. I don't know how to advise you. Good luck.

There's nothing remarkable about it. All one has to do is hit the right keys at the right time and the instrument plays itself.
