The artist is Eugene Delacroix and the museum is none other than the Metropolitan.

There's nothing remarkable about it. All one has to do is hit the right keys at the right time and the instrument plays itself.

John you got it-a very big exhibit! I never saw so many Delacroixs in my life-they covered a lot of ground from his early days to the end of his career. Some of his works were massive-some made me think of opera sets! Len :D
