I've been listening to this today following the lecture on "Transcendence" which I posted elsewhere here. I agree with Sir Roger Scruton's comments on it during that lecture. Quite simply, for me, this is the greatest work of art in all of classical music. And this is a very fine performance, although some of the tempi are, at times, a little slower than I usually like:
