I'm friends with a woman who runs a local opera company in New Rochelle, NY, which has been in the news recently as a cluster of COVID-19 outbreak. She had to cancel a fundraising concert for her Spring production of Tosca, due to state regulations. After reading this article, I'm glad she did.
