The only purpose of this thread

Is to further push down the "Passion of hating Jews" thread. Perhaps it could be locked to further its deserved demise.

It does rather take something for someone to be his own threadkiller.

There's nothing remarkable about it. All one has to do is hit the right keys at the right time and the instrument plays itself.

The only purpose of my response to your thread is to say :

hello.

With a smile of course...

Well, ya know the way for a thread to die is for people not to post to it. Some folks here are going to have to resist temptation to say just one more thing.

Well, I've stayed away from it (when was the last time I showed that kind of self-restraint?). I am getting a little sick of seeing the orange bell (or whatever you call it) and the only really new thing is a post to that thread, but you are absolutely right.

There's nothing remarkable about it. All one has to do is hit the right keys at the right time and the instrument plays itself.

I've been keeping my distance as well. Let 'em pull each others' hair out ad lib.

Locking a thread is kinda like a gag order here. We rarely do it, and then only to prevent the acrimony from way exceeding the usefulness of the venting. You have to have an appreciation for the delicate balance between the dangerous and the therapeutic.
