I could tell it was pre-rendered on TV when I saw it. The streetcar lights were moving too fast.
Takes a quick eye... quick enough to notice Janet Jackson's boob.

Unfortunately, Lang Lang's performance was not faked.

There's nothing remarkable about it. All one has to do is hit the right keys at the right time and the instrument plays itself.
