2012 NONENTITY OF THE YEAR

Post by dulcinea » Fri Nov 30, 2012 8:50 pm

Somewhere Hitler, Stalin, Jruschev and Jomeini are laughing their heads off.
Let every thing that has breath praise the Lord! Alleluya!

I think the young Bush is still holding on to that title. It will prove hard to displace him from that position. And, every year, he does pay us a visit in Maine. Then we become the home of this nonentity record holder:

We missed him--we had taken a mini trip of 3 or 4 days to Portsmouth and one day drove up past Oquanquit to Kennebunkport--we loved Oquanquit! Regards, Len

Instead of defending TIMEWASTE, you two have chosen to complain about a previous choice. Am I to conclude that you agree with me and Hitler, Stalin, Jruschev and Jomeini?

1) Those who have commented have chosen intentionally, I assume, to misunderstand you. And then they would only know what you were talking about from familiarity with your previous vituperative posts regarding the current president.

2) Am I the only one who does not understand why you are misspelling Krushchev and Khomeini?

There's nothing remarkable about it. All one has to do is hit the right keys at the right time and the instrument plays itself.

It's a Hispanic transliteration from the Cyrillic, I think.

I haven't the foggiest notion what dulcinea is talking about, because she hasn't said what it is.

No I understand it--it's the same reason I spelled Jennebunkport as Kennebunkport! Regards, Len :(

There's the answer, no?
Instead of defending TIMEWASTE, you two have chosen to complain about a previous choice
The topic is presidential. The "Timewaste" is about a current political regime in this country. The "previous choice" she refers to is "A Texan in Maine." Couldn't be more limpid.

Unfortunately, dulcinea, much, much time has been wasted discussing this country's fiscal resources largely because of our "previous choice," the "Texan in Maine," which implies that our current choice must deal with the consequences of our previous choice's decisions.

You must be reading her mind, because the second message is even more opaque than the first.

On the contrary, Sandra Fluke stood up for women all over the country in asserting the importance of insurance coverage for birth control. Why on earth would you call her a non-entity?

The desirably unconceived are non-entities.

Sandra Fluke owes Limbaugher Cheese* a debt of gratitude for making her name a household word.

* with all that implies in the olfactory sense.
Black lives matter.

Are you casting aspersions on my niece, Xiomara, who so loves her grandmother/my mother that she did not allow the fact that she is unwed to stop her from making Frasca a great-grandmother of a boy on 28 June? The robust healthy and very desired Cole is already an entity in a way that the choice of TIMEWASTE will never be.
