In the original news article, the senator does not refer to Trump as unstable nor does he call him incompetent. He does use those words but not exactly as suggested here. Let's not overdue it, please.

Beg to differ. Corker certainly DID suggest that Trump, after 7 months in office, lacks the requisite competence and stability, thereby putting the country in peril. So I stand by the title I attached to this thread.
