Re: Brainiac battle royal: Mensa offers IQ test to POTUS and SOS
As a grad school friend of mine said over dinner at the Hall of Graduate Studies at Yale, in response to someone who was proud of his membership in the organization, "Every person in this room would qualify for membership in Mensa," as I'm sure would everyone on this board. Although there are measurable elements to human intelligence that are distributed (like height for instance) on a normal curve, traditional IQ tests are very problematic and have been for many years. Even the US SAT, which used to mean Scholastic Aptitude Test, is basically an IQ test that assumes exposure to a certain curriculum. (It is possible to assess the intelligence of someone with no formal education at all and it has been done.) It has long been renamed the Scholastic Achievement Test to cover up that fact, which does not change its basic nature. Donald Trump and his cohort are dangerous imbeciles for reasons other than their measurable intelligence. So are the American people who allowed this to happen.
There's nothing remarkable about it. All one has to do is hit the right keys at the right time and the instrument plays itself.

This IQ matter was settled some time ago.
