Having just finished grading 100 term papers over the week past for a colleague in personal distress, I am now listening to Prokofiev's R & J ballet complete in a 1950s recording by Rozhdestvensky & the Bolshoi. It's playing on a Thorens turntable, not a wind-up Victrola.
