Anyone care to guess? No need.

This is why the road to Warrensburg was closed for more than a week. (It should have been longer, but they worked their rear ends off to clear the actual route.) Care to guess what the ice field is? No need. It is the Hudson River.

There's nothing remarkable about it. All one has to do is hit the right keys at the right time and the instrument plays itself.

Rocky River, 5-min walk from my house, in Cleveland's 'Emerald Necklace' Metro Park.

So much for my plans to move to Ohio with all that park land around Cleveland.

This becomes a 'river of rocks' you can easily step across in a dry summer. I've done it many times. Think of it, Dunkleosteus and Heintzichthys once swam above me in this very spot.

You can do the same on the Hudson here. Hard to believe, isn't it, that during the Revolutionary War the Hudson was the most strategic river in the world, and that if Benedict Arnold had gotten his way all would have been lost.
