As I have posted before, here in tiny Stony Creek there are two prominent houses that display the Confederate Battle Flag. My mother could remember a time when she was a young girl and the KKK (they called them "Night Riders") did their thing around here. In spite of all that, if I knew that the KKK was recruiting locally in this manner, though I am a shy and retiring person, I would drop everything to be part of an effort to put a stop to it. (BTW, this is all made possible by the fact that the 21st CD in NY has a young woman representative who is a graduate of Harvard but doesn't have enough sense to distance herself from the current Republican Party.)
