Fox News: Student slumbers during Obama lecture
Donald Trump stated to Fox News that he tried to watch President Obama's talk but soon fell fast asleep. Obama is good for that, he noted.

Glad Obama is back in-I bet Trump's not getting much sleep what with the NYTimes anonymous letter! I don't think if he starts reading FEAR he'll get much sleep either! PS-I sure hope Lisa and Susan don't fall asleep as the truth about Cavanaugh on abortion is coming into view-yeah really settled law!

I doubt that Trump has any problem sleeping at all. The problem he has is staying awake. (I would not be surprised if it were eventually discovered that he was on pills prescribed by physicians he pays off not to tattle on him.) As for falling asleep truly accidentally, it happens to everyone over the age of 12 and sometimes under that. I dozed on a sub assignment last year when I had nothing to do but sit in the library and pretend I was responsible for something. You can't get coffee in the middle of the day in any school around here. Some basically friendly kid came up to me and pointed this out and denied that it had ever happened to him. Then he said he thought I was drunk, to which I replied that one of us might be under the influence but I didn't think it was me. Informal banter with what I instinctively knew to be a friendly kid. (I know after all these years when I am being seriously disrespected.)
There's nothing remarkable about it. All one has to do is hit the right keys at the right time and the instrument plays itself.
