I was coming out of the super market and decided to check my email when I got this on the screen-there was a Verizon near there and I brought it in-the technician said he would try to save my contacts with a new cell phone-has this happened to anyone else? Regards, Len :(

It's a strange message.

Smartphones (either android or iOS) operate entirely in sandbox mode (virtual) so that when you turn the phone off everything closes, including anything rogue.

I'll see if I can find out more-the guy at Verizon said he had seen this before-I'm glad he was able to retrieve quite a bit of material I had in the crashed phone. Regards, Len
