Russian movie Alexandra
This subtle movie about a grandmother visiting her Army officer son in Chechnya may be worth 90 minutes of your time (I caught it as a Netflix on-demand). But the reason I am mentioning it here is that I watched the whole thing as is my custom before going to the IMDb write-up, and it was only there that it registered with me that I had been watching a marvelous non-singing performance by a very matronly Galina Vishnevskaya.
There's nothing remarkable about it. All one has to do is hit the right keys at the right time and the instrument plays itself.

>Galina Vishnevskaya.<
I had heard of her but didn't know this: "Vishnevskaya was married to the cellist Mstislav Rostropovich from 1955 until his death in 2007." Regards, Len
