LITTLE RASCALS fans, dig THIS bit of news:

Here's the place to talk about DVDs (or VHS) films and movies you have seen on television and recommend or don't recommend. Discuss actors and scores, too.

All Our Gang buffs should timeshift the recorder for January 4, for beginning at 8pm EST and going thru most of the 7th, TCM has a marathon of not only most of the classic "sound" era episodes produced at the Hal Roach studio from 1929-1938.....but there's ALSO a fest of hardly-ever-seen SILENT ERA episodes that began it all, 1922-1929. These last-mentioned are a once-in-a-lifetime oppurtunity, seen only by serious film scholars (like Leonard Maltin and Richard W. Bann, authors of the official series history). All episodes are (one can presume) uncut, without any of the PC-minded folks interfering.

(Edited to correct a very grievous error in the date!)
