Did anyone see Maureen O'Hara w/Robert Osborne?

Here's the place to talk about DVDs (or VHS) films and movies you have seen on television and recommend or don't recommend. Discuss actors and scores, too.

Did anyone see Maureen O'Hara w/Robert Osborne?

It was wonderful to see the glamorous Maureen O'Hara being interviewed by Robert Osborne. Apparfently she had a nice big (oversized) red wig, but she still looked great at 90 years of age, and her spirit was as dominant as ever. Quite a lady.

It's on YouTube:

Here is her 1959 appearance on What's My Line. Though she was as Irish as anyone ever to grace the Emerald Isle, she was an American citizen and in those days always used an American accent in public.

There's nothing remarkable about it. All one has to do is hit the right keys at the right time and the instrument plays itself.

I guess she's living in Iowa now ... quite a contrast to life in the Bahamas, California, and of course her native Ireland. I was one of the original members of the Maureen O'Hara Fan Club, which was run by someone (who was in my wedding party) in Binghamton, New York. My passion for O'Hara and Susan Hayward remains to this day!
