You're such a kind and thoughtful man, Len; thank you very much for your wishes. The pain has been the same level as childbirth - excruciating. Physiotherapy has been horrific and it's back again tomorrow for more of the same. On the strongest painkillers: oxycodone. Initial diagnoses is muscle spasm but I've had further x-rays and may have ultrasound. Meantime, I'm going crazy. Thanks again!!

Belle how awful-I once had a 2 week sciatica episode that was just terrible-hope it gets better for you soon. Regards, Len
