Today is the 400th anniversary of Shakespeare's death. Or maybe not; the actual date was not recorded at the time, only the date of his burial which is assumed to have been two days later. Anyway, this quiz is really hard. Knowledge of Shakespeare's writings won't help much, but a magpie mind for trivia may. (That's not me, and I got only one answer right.)

Re: Shakespeare quiz
Also one correct, and that was when I applied the standard test-taking technique of eliminating what I knew was wrong and choosing from what remained. You'd think that by pure chance I would have gotten a couple more right that way. Someone is a master of the plausible distractor, which is the technical term for a wrong answer in a multiple-choice test.
There's nothing remarkable about it. All one has to do is hit the right keys at the right time and the instrument plays itself.

That's the Sherlock Holmes test: when you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth.
