Hey, Af. Welcome to the board. No, we don't have a rule against such questions. Running these things down forms a very diverting pastime for our more experienced members.

On a hunch, I word-searched on the arranger's name, which was scrolling across the player as I listened to your clip. Ben Clinesmith is the Lower School Asst. Academic Dean and Teacher of Strings at Calhoun School in NYC. He can be reached at ben.clinesmith@calhoun.org. I suggest you contact him directly. If anyone would know the information you want, he would. I'm betting it was originally a harpsichord composition. Sheet music of Clinesmith's arrangement can be obtained from http://www.southernmusic.com/archives/orch9812.htm.

I'm afraid I can't help you more than Corlyss already has, but it is a nice piece, nicely performed. Welcome to the board.
