Armchair War Stategists and Peaceniks Make Your Plans Real

And get paid for it - well get them to put the money in the bank first because this agency is scheduled to loose 4.7 Billion from their budget in 2006 ( Katrina). Now you know that we currently intend to be in Iraq for 2 years more or less, at least in 10 cities. The pool is open - guess which company gets the contract(s).

Interesting.

I see it's a grant, not a contract. It'll be interesting to see what applications turn up.

I'll take London.

There's nothing remarkable about it. All one has to do is hit the right keys at the right time and the instrument plays itself.

:D I'll take Paris or Florence - but Iraq they are not. Drat.

I find this grant an interesting way for the gov to aquire plans to establish lily pads of influence. Wonder if we are going to stay on these lily pads after victory.

My grant proposal has been submitted. A unique aspect of my plan is the full incorporation of CMG into stabilizing Iraqi cities with a LAN for every municipality and a PC in every home.

I went for WIFI with cell phone internet access, pancakes on every griddle, chocolate in every refrigerator, wine in every basement, self composting toilettes, solar power on every roof, 'victory gardens' on every balcony, kevlar housing and personal heliocoptors.
