Ralph Will Enjoy Next Season at Carnegie Hall

Carnegie Hall has posted next season's schedule on their web site and I think Ralph will be thrilled with all the Mahler.
I've already filled out a time-off request slip for November when Rattle and the BPO will be performing the ninth. But that's only the tip of the iceberg. A number of the world's elite orchestras will be performing music by Mahler in NYC in 2007-2008: Along with the BPO, there will be Mahler by Lucerne Festival Orchestra under Abbado, the Philadelphians and Eschenbach will finish their five-year Mahler cycle, the Cleveland under Welser-Most and the CSO under Haitink and the Concertgebouw under Jansons.
I'm prepared to make tentative pre-concert dinner plans for 11/13/07
. But at the risk of seeming like a spoiled sport; where's the Bruckner
?? Another season without Bruckner's 8th!!
