According to Jay Leno, President Bush was quoted as having said;

"I believe that all immigrants, regardless of their country of origin, should learn to speak and read English. After all, If I moved north of the U.S. border I would learn to speak Canadian".

It's nonsense - Canadian is a very difficult language, linguistically related to Mongolian. He'd never master it.

Besides, they have two words for everything, especially in Québec/Quebec.
