Stravinsky : Funeral Song (1909)

In case you haven't yet heard it, here is Stravinsky's long lost Chant funèbre, written in 1909 in memory of his teacher Rimsky-Korsakov, and lost to the world until its recent rediscovery in the archives of the St. Petersburg Conservatory. Stravinsky thought it his best composition prior to The Firebird, and indeed you can hear signs of the future ballet in this score.

I detect an unnotated vocal line coming from Gergiev in spots.

Black lives matter.
