This only proves my theory that the entire Trump wing of the Republican party is toxic now.

Ric, that cadence was originally developed, I believe, for use in large spaces, where echoes had to fade away, and was later adapted to microphones when they were invented. Our President uses it, as does the former guy, although I'll be damned if I'll listen to the latter.
