Today's Met HD Eurydice

We decided to change our plans and see this today in Rockaway HD style-we are expecting snow Wed so we got a refund on those tickets when we thought the amount of people would be the smallest-we didn't have to worry today though about a crowd because the big theater in Rockaway filled less than 10 seats-we had the place practically to ourselves and had time for the roast beef sandwiches and coffee before the opera began. As for the opera it seemed a little too farfetched for me-the music was okay-the singers were good and acted well-we enjoyed the 3 stone people-the sets were okay-maybe a little clumsy at times-that business with the father in the shower at the end left me dry. Anyway we're glad we saw it once. Regards, Len
