Lionel Shriver's open letter to Ron DeSantis

I've always admired this writer - who is characteristically fearless in expressing her heterodox opinions. A woman after my own heart, except that if she's been a loyal Democrat since 16 she's still something of a political neophyte in practical terms. I didn’t know that Shriver had been trapped in a cave for several years and only just emerged to discover the Left is essentially a corrupt, self-enriching, divisive, toxic bunch of grievance vultures. That’s the only possible explanation for her stupendous delay in cognition. Thank the deity of choice she's not calling it her 'truth telling'!!
