Woke Capitalism indoctrinates workers

So reminiscent of the methodology of the old USSR; our western countries are being slavishly drawn into the new 'decent' politics of Woke. Not voluntarily, of course. My son endures this in his corporation DAILY and it's doing his head in, and his fellow workers are fearful of dissenting. "Learning Lunches" about DEI, aboriginal issues, climate change, womens' issues.... you name it!! Their new 'religion' is being foisted on the captive audiences which are the employees. As I told him, "you and your colleagues - which includes highly trained professionals like engineers, geologists and scientists - are being indoctrinated by people who got the lowest entry grades into university and who did the easiest, bog standard courses; it's the tail wagging the dog; and these are all the ideological frolics of the Left." In short, their intellectual inferiors are trying to teach them all about the correct way of thinking.

In the 1970s corporate world personnel departments were assistants to line managers. Then, in the early 1980s, they became human resource departments - a pejorative term used by Marxists to denigrate big business, but regarded as a positive term by those people (increasingly females) who saw it as a path to gaining power over line managers. They have been successful in that endeavour having turned a service function into one of control. They are today HR ('Human Remains') departments that serve as a moralistic praetorian guard.

Apparently their moral superiors have contempt for the ordinary people and need to teach them some REAL values. Mmm; where have I heard all that before?

The people are being force fed and infantilized by an endless array of left wing ideologies. You'd think, then, that after over a decade of this we'd have a better society!! Far from it; more therapeutic politics, more drug addiction, more violence, more entitlement and more dystopian body image. At historic levels, actually. Even the hippies had the guts to take control of their own lives and move out of capitalism in the 60s and 70s; of course, big government welfare was the sole enabler there.

And the corporate woke-sters of today aren't using their own money to disseminate propaganda; of course not!! It's the shareholders who stump up for this insanity because major shareholders are other corporations!! There's a perfect symmetry there - unless you have a Donald Trump waiting in the wings. And then, if you have a scintilla of intelligence, you'll draw the dots.

State, seditionist ex-President who is running to become a DODO — Dictator On Day One.
