Here's the place to talk about DVDs (or VHS) films and movies you have seen on television and recommend or don't recommend. Discuss actors and scores, too.

Finally got a copy of this new book, published for the first time in 2012, written by Devin McKinney. I have long had a fascination with anything regarding Fonda, who was certainly one of the greatest actors of the 20th century. (McKinney is lauded for his book about the Beatles.) Of the Fonda book, Jonathan Lethem has stated: "How many different ways can I call this book essential? The sentences, in honor of their subject, threaten to explode with implication and insight." (That should lure one, eh?)
