Very funny flick starring Jack Black. One of the finest tributes to rock music I have ever seen.

Linklater is an excellent filmmaker. Dazed and Confused follows spacey, rootless Texas high schoolers in the 70s. Boyhood is a tour de force exploration of cinematic time, tracking one actor from age 5 to age 17. Likewise the "Before" Triology that follows two lovers [Celine (Julie Delpy) and Jesse (Ethan Hawke)] from their twenties into middle age.
